Shipping and Return Policies

SHIPPING

For Italy the shipping is 7 euro via CRONO/SDA/POSTE/UPS or any other courier (in 2/3 working days, 3/4 for islands).

For European Union the shipping costs depends on the country and are led  by the cheapest international courier, depending on the destination. 

For the rest of the world we ask you to contact us before making the purchase by email at info@vintagemanu.com specifying the item you want to buy and your address. We will contact you as soon as possible providing you with the shipping costs and all the information to proceed.

We are not responsible for any delays or losses. When the package leaves our company and we give you the tracking number the package is no longer under our responsibility.

TIMES
All the vintage items are generally ready for shipping.

RETURNS
For each product we list measurements, materials, photos and descriptions so that your experience is as complete as possible. We suggest you check the measurements and the fit accurately. 
Vintage items may have slight imperfections or signs of aging, please appreciate these items for these characteristics .

If you want to proceed with the refund you must send us an email at info@vintagemanu.com specifying the item you want to send back and the reason why. You must send the item back in 7 working days and the shipping costs are on your own (you can choose the shipping method you prefer and provide the tracking). Once the package gets to our office, if the item is as new, unused, never washed and in its original packaging, we’ll refund you the price of the item plus the cost of the initial shipping, as soon as possible.

Important: if you paid with bank deposit I'll be able to refund you only if you provide me with your bank account details in order for me to make a bank transfer to your account.

All refunds are made via the same method used to pay first.
